芦娟娟,1981年生,中共党员,现任新疆农业大学生命科学学院教授,博士生导师;兼任中国青年科技工作者协会农业科学专业委员会委员、自治区林业和草原标准化技术委员会委员、自治区自然保护地专家委员会委员、新疆植物学会常务理事、新疆草原学会常务理事、新疆生态学会理事、新疆农学会理事、新疆维吾尔自治区欧美同学会理事、《Grass Research》刊物青年编委等。在种子生态学、植物生活史进化等方面持续开展研究工作。发表学术论文20余篇,参编英文专著1部。获“自治区自然科学优秀学术论文”奖4项;荣获“新疆青年科技奖”、“自治区三八红旗手标兵”等荣誉,并多次入选国家级和省部级的人才计划。
